Party Committee Member and Vice President Li Xiuhua, along with heads of the Admissions and Employment Guidance Office and the Department of Electrical Engineering, participated in the visit and research.

Wang Changbin and his delegation visited the company's plant factory, standardized production workshop, and exhibition hall, gaining a detailed understanding of the company's development history, main business, patent achievements, and overseas industrial layout. During the meeting, the company highly praised the comprehensive qualities, professional skills, and work ethic of the college's graduates, noting that the 2023 graduates have already become equipment supervisors and core members of the company. The company expressed its hope to establish a long-term and stable partnership with the college, jointly building an internship and employment base and continuously recruiting graduates for employment and development.

Both parties reached a consensus on in-depth cooperation between the school and enterprises, accurately aligning with job requirements, clarifying student growth paths and training systems, improving the enterprise mentor system, and assisting students in technical improvement and career development; guided by enterprise technical standards and industry needs, optimizing the college's professional development, curriculum reform, and practical teaching to improve the quality of talent training; and comprehensively understanding the enterprise's salary, working environment, job intensity, and corporate culture to provide a solid basis for the college's employment guidance and job placement.

The college will continue to strengthen the linkage between enrollment and employment, and between the college and enterprises, consolidate the foundation for cooperation, and build a sound and stable cooperative relationship between the college and enterprises.
