May 15, 2026 The China Agriculture and Rural Low-Carbon Development Report Release Conference and the 18th Agricultural Environment Academic Symposium were held in Beijing. At the meeting, it was officially announced that Anhui Jinshengda Bioelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinshengda") has become a member unit of the council of the National Agricultural and Rural Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality Technology Innovation Alliance (hereinafter referred to as "Dual Carbon Alliance").

The National Rural Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Technology Innovation Alliance was officially established on January 15, 2022. The Institute of Agricultural Environment and Sustainable Development (IAD) of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences serves as the chairman and secretary-general unit. It brings together the four major stations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, many provincial agricultural research institutes, key universities, and industry leaders such as New Hope Group, Syngenta, and Beidahuang Group. It is a core professional alliance under the framework of the National Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Alliance, focusing on the "dual carbon" of agriculture.
Since its inception, the Dual Carbon Alliance has focused on the major strategic and key technological needs of climate-resilient agriculture research and application, integrated the advantages of industry, academia and research resources, and built a full-chain working system of "scientific research collaboration, standard guidance, demonstration implementation and regional linkage", which has yielded fruitful results and far-reaching significance.
